含油轴承与自润滑轴承的区别
The difference between oil bearing and self-lubricating bearing
1、含油轴承是金属粉末结合而成有10—40%的结构间隙；镶嵌自润滑轴承基体则是离心铸造而成；基体密度相对较高，结合强度相对含油轴承要高，使用寿命比含油轴承要长；
1. Oily bearing has 10-40% structural clearance due to the combination of metal powder; the matrix of inlaid self-lubricating bearing is centrifugally cast; the density of matrix is relatively high, the bonding strength is higher than that of oil bearing, and the service life is longer than that of oil bearing.
2、含油轴承的润滑材质是润滑油，油膜有足够的厚度，消除了两摩擦表面的直接接触。此时，只存在液体分子之间的摩擦，故摩擦系数很小(f =0.001～0.008)，显著地减少了摩擦和磨损；而镶嵌自润滑轴承的润滑材质是固体润滑材料，即使在无油工况下，仍能去的良好的润滑效果，能确保润滑的不中断和可持续，其有效润滑寿命与基体的寿命一致；
2. The lubricating material of oil bearing is lubricating oil. The oil film has enough thickness to eliminate the direct contact between the two friction surfaces. At this time, there is only friction between liquid molecules, so the friction coefficient is very small (f = 0.001-0.008), which significantly reduces friction and wear; and the lubricating material of inlaid self-lubricating bearings is solid lubricating material, even in oil-free conditions, good lubricating effect can still be achieved, which can ensure the uninterrupted and sustainable lubrication. 3、含油轴承内的润滑油具有易挥发和易流失性，润滑油膜在高温高压下散失加快，无法取得应有润滑作用；而石墨铜套中，固体润滑剂经摩擦，孔或槽中的固体润滑剂向摩擦面转移或反转移，在摩擦面上形成润滑良好、牢固附着并均匀覆盖的固体转移膜，大幅度降低了摩擦磨损。随摩擦的进行，嵌入的固体润滑剂不断提供于摩擦面，保证了长期运行时对摩擦副的良好润
3. Lubricating oil in oil bearing is volatile and easy to lose. The loss of lubricating oil film is accelerated under high temperature and pressure, so that it can not get proper lubrication effect. In graphite copper sleeve, solid lubricant transfers or transfers back to the friction surface through friction, and solid lubricant in hole or groove forms good lubrication and firm adhesion on the friction surface. The friction and wear of the solid transfer film with uniform coverage are greatly reduced. With the development of friction, the embedded solid lubricant is continuously provided on the friction surface, which ensures the good lubrication of the friction pair in long-term operation.
